Small Business Awards 2025
On behalf of the Gannon University Small Business Development Center, you are invited to participate in the Small Business Awards 2025 nomination process.
This is your opportunity to honor an entrepreneur in your community whose achievements have made a vital contribution to the economic growth, prosperity, and quality of life in Northwest Pennsylvania. We encourage you to either nominate your own organization or nominate another business that exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrates business growth despite these challenging economic times.
All nominees are required to be located within Crawford, Erie, Mercer, or Warren County and demonstrate consistent growth for a minimum of three years (except for the New Start Up category).
Nomination Process:
Provide contact information related to the nominee and nominating organization.

Indicate the category or categories in which you are placing the nominee for consideration.

Provide narrative supporting nomination of attendee in nomination category. Highlight their achievements, qualifications, and contributions that make them a strong candidate for the nomination.

Verify that the nominee agrees to be interviewed by the Gannon University Small Business Development Center and that the nominee will provide three years of historical data for analysis to complete the application process.

All nominees and nominating organizations will receive invitations to the 2025 Small Business Awards Program scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2025 at Gannon University.
Nominee agrees to complete nomination process with Gannon University Small Business Development Center including review of three years’ worth of historical data. All information provided in the application is held in strict confidence. Following the judging process, the applications are destroyed. All judges sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the review process.
